I'm more of a country boy than I thought from the way I was able to instantly identify the cattle as Charolais. A beautifully mesmeric documentary that is reminiscent of Frammartino's Le Quattro Volte, if a bit more modest an enterprise. None the worse for that, mind. Bovines is an admirable tribute to the nobility of these insouciant beasts.
