This is so asinine it's actually good. In a Zizekian sort of way. This is to 2012 what John Carpenter's They Live vas to 1988. Just wait until Jonathan Lethem writes a book about it... Granted, Vitamin P is a much more accomplished production. But this crass, kindertgarden-like, unsophisticated criticism of capitalism deserves some love.
After about an hour of bad filmmaking, some interesting ideas emerge, but they are still presented poorly. It does feel a little like "They Live 2: Glob Monsters Unite" in its concept, I just wish they could have found a better pacing and better actors --though fake Helen Hunt was pretty good.
