What are people saying?

  • Daniel S.'s rating of the film Cain and Mabel

I do have a problem with Lloyd Bacon. According to me, he was a good technician but nothing more. With Busby Berkeley as co-director, he can shoot a masterpiece like Footlight Parade (1933), without Busby Berkeley he completely spoils Cain and Mabel whose dance numbers are unfashionable to be polite. A DVD zone Clark Gable hardcore fans like me. Only.
