  • mjgildea's rating of the film Calling Dr. Death

Hokey but atmospheric and gorgeous with Lon Chaney, Jr as an eminent professional but sympathetic schlub who ends up on the receiving end of a screw job. Like the rest of the Inner Sanctum series it follows this formula and is short enough to not wear out its welcome. A quick decent watch from the the latter heyday of Universal horror.
