Great performance by François Simon, Michel Simon's son. Charles feels the liberal wind of the 60's and leaves his job and his family. It's Easy Rider in Switzerland. Without the motorbikes and the deserts but with the fog and the snow. Highly recommended.
rewatched again 5 years later- still enjoyed it. Not for everyone, but begins Tanner's exploration of themes, including the moral and social responsibility and the response of the middle and upper classes to challenges that were underway. Loved the quotes!
