If treated in the right mindset and I don't take the terrible dialogue, acting or characters seriously it can be watchable. It helps that the film kick-starts with a over-dramatic and unintentional comedic scene where Sly drops a woman to her death while our hero screams at the top of his lungs. Another highlight is seeing wimpy John Lithgow kicking the shit out of Sly on top of a helicopter.
In which Technique from London's Burning gives the worst football monologue in movie history while booting the crap out of Michael Rooker. John Lithgow looks on, with scenery between teeth. Decent 90s action stuff.
