The true story of a man who posed as director Stanley Kubrick during the production of Kubrick’s last film, Eyes Wide Shut, despite knowing very little about his work and looking nothing like him.
Maybe it is just Malkovich, but I really enjoyed this movie, The idea that someone could con people by pretending to be Kubrick is funny in itself.
In Elizabethan times, the English let the likes of Alan Conway rot in prison. Back then, the prison food wasn't free.
Not a great movie by any means. The concept is brilliant and Malkovich is hilarious.
Simply in love with this movie
Great concept, poor execution.
