There are very few films that I wish I could retroactively scrub from my brain, but this is one of them. The rating doesn't reflect the quality of the film, rather my gut reaction to the revolting images it contains. Obviously, there's a lot to analyze in the piece (Kier-La Janisse does so splendidly in House of Psychotic Women) but this is a film that one should think thrice before subjecting themselves to.
i watched this as a child and had almost completely forgotten it. watching it again, now as an adult, makes the whole thing feel like a bizarre fever dream. it makes me sick now and, i presume, made me sick then.
