Our take
The loony spirit of the Martin Short classic Clifford lives on in this irresistible comedy from director Tynan DeLong. Kicking off with a passive-aggressive battle of wills between the titular carers, Dad & Step-Dad modulates its incorrigible silliness with poignant reflections on the modern family.
