Synopsis

A harrowing account of the collapse of a bourgeois marriage, the film stars Martha Henry as Edna McCormick, a childless, middle-aged housewife whose existence has been reduced to a regimen of obsessive cleaning, preparing meals, and listening to her businessman husband Harry rant about work.
