What are people saying?

  • dionysus67's rating of the film Disorder

A poor man's rite of passage in a vain attempt to raise money and to provide care for his sick mother. The path from the salons and gardens of Italy's upper class to the illusions of religion signals both a terrible disappointment for Mario; it also confirms the twilight of an era before the noisy modernization binds upper class and proletariat in an orgy of destruction, told by Brusati in solid dramatic tone.

  • alice's rating of the film Disorder
