Honolulu shoe salesman, Harold, mistakes secretary Mary for a rich patron and his boss’ daughter and tells her he is a leather tycoon. He ends up on a cruise ship sailing for San Francisco with Mary and his boss. Later he finds himself dangling high above the street on a building’s scaffolding.
