After discovering that his next-door neighbor and ultimate dream girl, Judy, has suddenly moved away, hot-tempered, squeaky-voiced Fred Figglehorn sets out on a wacky adventure to find her and prove that he’s way cooler than other kids think.

This could have worked, but the worst aspect of the whole film and this character – an irritable and ADD abrasiveness that celebrates a crass childishness rather than celebrate one’s inner child – is what you’re supposed to like, turning it into a painful experience to sit through. Neither does it help that Fred’s voice at its whiniest sounds like a mouse being rubbed against a cheese grater.
Pure, shameless drivel that is more sad than offensive - for once. It honestly disgusts me how someone as talentless as this could have a television series, a Youtube series, and TWO feature length films. It's disgusting. There are ambitious people who are desperately seeking film jobs with ideas that possess ambiguity and creativeness while a "Fred" character carries his insufferable schtick up, up, and away.
