Our take

Julianne Moore fell in love with the enchanting yet fierce middle-aged female character of Sebastián Lelio’s 2013 Gloria, and immediately knew she wanted to work with the Chilean director. This meeting of minds resulted in an invigorating new vision: an irresistible L.A. set remake. Simply glorious!
