Look like two episodes of The Leftovers stuck together with duct tape. Visual metaphors and striking images abound, but the literary/mythological frame is forced. Attieh and Garcia are clearly talented, but H. is ultimately unconvincing.
I was really surprised how good is this film, didn't expect anything like that when buying the cinema tickets. The movie has a strong idea, I like the connection with mythology and the feeling that all that happens is inevitable.
I would point two important minuses though. First is the effects, I like the camera work but not the post production. And second - the taste of a student movie.
