Document of Heinrich Himmler’s visit to Minsk in occupied Belarus, which is known to have taken place in mid-August 1941, during which he visited the Drozdy Camp outside Minsk; at the same time he observed a mass execution by shooting, carried out by Einsatzkommando 8 on 15 August 1941.
