Our take

Individual memories and personal histories intertwine in the worlds of two women seeking love and a sense of self. Amid the grim scenario of transgenerational oppression experienced by women in arranged marriages, Paromitar Ek Din succeeds in highlighting a delicate tale of unusual solidarity.
