Synopsis

Tom Winston, a widower, is trying to understand and raise three precocious children alone. He gets a little unexpected help from Cinzia, when the children decide she is be the new maid. She is actually an Italian socialite who is trying to get away from her overprotective father.

    I was watching this on TCM and when Robert Osborne was giving those little on-the-set tidbits he always shares, he said that Sophia Loren's role was originally going to go to Carey Grant's wife, but that HE opted for the switch so he could try to seduce Loren. Needless to say, it didn't work because as assurance she brought Carlo Ponti to the set with her.
