A man, who lost his wife in the tsunami during the Great East Japan Earthquake, is unable to get over the sadness and sense of loss. He obtains a diving license and searches the sea trying to locate his lost wife, who disappeared after sending him a text saying, “I want to go home”.

Wesley Leon Aroozoo’s first feature-length documentary is a testament to the cathartic power of art. Aroozoo and his crew closely follow a Japanese man’s daily routine as he searches for his wife—a victim of the 2011 tsunami—in this haunting study in loss, recovery, faith, and survival.
