John Cage

Directed by Klaus Wildenhahn
West Germany, 1966
Documentary

Synopsis

John Cage is an opportunity to remember both artists: it follows Cage on tour with Merce Cunningham in Europe — and instead of explaining the music and philosophy of the composer, offers a fascinating glimpse at the work process of the dance troupe and of Cage himself.
