A place with nebulous frontiers and laws. Characters captured in an existence whose outlines flee the camera’s gaze. Such is the world of the old fairground located in the Arab League Park in Casablanca that Randa Maroufi leads us into.

The best entry to the Mannequin Challenge. Somewhat dystopian exhibition: lying on Facebook is forbidden, but that's the only way young people can break away from their life, which I guess is not much unlike that park.
Experimental and an exploration of museum like cinema. Sound design helped to create the exact feeling that we are supposed to feel even without movements. The floating moving camera move around the teens frozen in time as if someone is watching them. Like the authorities. However even though I enjoyed the concept, it was honestly pretty boring to watch.
Internet and the park are places where people’s identity can have fun with themselves without being oppressed by the government. This experiment could probably reflect this but what you get from it is up to you.
