A very ambitious and intriguing take on the psycho thriller genre, particularly with a black lead. Idris Elba has managed to usurp racial (read: racist) typecasting so it's no surprise that he would be interested in such a complex character. The ending is abrupt and leaves a bit to be desired but all in all an amazing introduction to the world for Thomas Ikimi. He's going to get a lot of work following "Legacy"...
I think Idris Elba is one of our truly gifted actors working today. It was a total sham that he was never nominated for his role in the WIRE. I am looking forward to seeing him play Mandela in the upcoming biopic.
