Being a huge fan of Taxi Driver, why did it take me 15 years to watch this and check out Schrader's directorial output? It's got the same claustrophobic view on life, but there's still that redeeming light at the end.
Michael Been's soundtrack is among the greatest.
Was not expecting this to be as funny as it was.
