A pretty poor account of the difficult relationship between Federico Garcia Lorca and Salvador Dalì. It's chronologically very messy, full of inaccuracies and badly written. Pattinson is appropriately irksome, and Beltran as Lorca is spot-on, but basically it's fan fiction rather than exploration of a fascinating story of repression and genius.
hmmm... well, i expected much more - more about art & surreal movie(s). but sadly it's more or nearly only about the feelings. the movie has a duration of two hours, so they could easy put both topics in this movie - art & love.
Misguided piece of crap.
Not even close to historically accurate, lacked basic conceptualization, and showed no signs of understanding visual communication on any level.
