After serving a stint in juvenile detention, Angel, 18, is thrown back onto the streets. Her little sister Abby is stuck in foster care while her dad, who murdered their mother, roams free. But Angel has a plan: find Abby, get a gun, hunt down her father, and hit the reset button on their lives.
