Once No One Lives gets past its novel twists in the first act, it has nothing to offer aside from being a twisted and gruesome Grindhouse horror film. While it disintegrates into only ultra-violence and cheap shocks, admittedly it knows its audience: offering Grand-Guignol set pieces in a 1970's Video Nasty tradition. No one will ever accuse it of being high art or even creative trash, but it's mildly amusing.
Abyssmal movie! It started out quite promising with a seemingly interesting premise that teased and hinted and some sort of supernatural machinations. Sadly what followed was a boring horror/thriller movie with torture porn leanings. A lot of slasher tropes was also thrown in the mix which made things way worse. The script is awful and the acting is barely above par. Stay clear!!!
