A good introduction to two of the most influential DPs of the new Hollywood era. At times, I don't think the settings serve the doc well, but I'm sure it must have been difficult to get them to put their cameras down for a while to speak.
fun companion piece to 'intro to new hollywood' classes. name-checked some under-seen films, which it's always good to highlight/remember, i.e. 'scarecrow'
