Ratings & Reviews

  1. Renton47's rating of the film On Pascal

Full disclosure: as a philosophy graduate I have exceptionally high tolerance for crusty old dudes talking about dry outdated concepts as if a matter of life and death. This is a no-chops program from Rohmer who mainly keeps a static camera that occasionally moves between the two men. Interesting accompaniment for the importance of Pascal in 'Maud's'.

  2. Jesse Furgurson's rating of the film On Pascal

Despite having read maybe 30 words of Pascal in my life, this was still pretty interesting. Brice Parain is almost as warm and engaging as he is in Vivre Sa Vie.
