Nageshwar (Amrish Puri) alias “Don” heads a vaste criminal empire. He has an only son, Ajay (Ajay Devgan), who is completely familiar with his dad and his business. So is Ajay’s wife (Madhoo), who would like to put an end to all these criminal activities.
