David Lynch is very intriguing but not all that mysterious, I relate with him all too well. I think the director or interviewer had a fairly good hold on Lynch, I've seen him I don't remember his way through an entire documentary once. I disagree that it is ever necessary to subject someone to torture in order to make a film, Hitchcock had similar tactics.
