This documentary explores a little known crisis of disappearing honey bees, and their effect on life on this planet. Avoids typical alarmist trappings with an ultimately hopeful tone, but I would have liked to have seen it explore its "canary in the coal mine" theories in more detail. Instead, it's more of an educational film on bee behavior rather than the social advocate documentary it tries to be.
A respectable quantity of good information appealingly presented but contaminated by interviewees who leap beyond evidence in making their proclamations and anthropomorphize bees and nature to a bizarre degree.
Interestingly, there's no mention that Honey Bees are an introduces species in North America and only spread across the continent about 200 years ago.
