16mm. Cinematography by Kurt Struss. Addendum: António Rodrigues, a Cinematheque programmer, quotes Douglas Brode in the book "Lost Movies of the Fifties". which states that "The Thing" and "Invasion of Body Snatchers" remakes are disappointing, which i absolutely disagree: they are magnificent movies, some of the best that Carpenter, Philip Kaufman and Ferrara ever did and in the first case, infinitely superior.
