Our take

The first in Keishi Ōtomo’s thrilling Rurouni Kenshin trilogy is this exhilarating action-drama telling the story of a mysterious wanderer named Himura Kenshin who roams the Japanese countryside offering alms to those in need, in a bid to atone his sins. Based on Nobuhiro Watsuki’s beloved manga!
