King Rosebud IV welcomes King Oscar XV, who comes to visit his country. During a ceremony, airport officer Bobo disconsolately cuts off Oscar’s hand with his sword and King Rosebud decides to abolish the army, which only endangers people. Yet endangered officers plan a conspiracy against the king.
