What are people saying?

  • Richmond Hill's rating of the film Stevie

Despite attempts to open out the play, its stuck in broken forth wall mode throughout. This isn't a major issue other than occasional stylistic clumsiness (the poetry would be better served illustrated not declaimed); the bigger issue is we never connect with this already diffident woman with a narrative being a rather picky assembly of certain life events and a poem for each, but not much insight into either.
