A young alien (David Love) falls for a pretty teenage Earth girl (Dawn Anderson) and they team up to try to stop the plans of his invading cohorts, who intend to use Earth as a food-breeding ground for giant lobsters from their planet.

I actually have mad respect for how much the filmmakers clearly wanted to make an entertaining movie vs the 0% quality acting and lobster monster that's clearly just a man hooting into a microphone. there's obviously a lot to shit on here aesthetically but the amount of story they manage to pack into 86 minutes is honestly weirdly impressive
Here is the mind of a mad man! Hilariously inept and reaks of low budget charm. Within its cobbled production, there's a forced an outsider romance within the constraints of the sci-fi genre that seems to work, only by the movie's terms but not so much for the audience. Just straight up goofiness!
After you get over the abysmal dialogue and lack of production values I couldn't help but start to like this film. It's actually got a lot going on compared to many higher budget more respected films. Sure it's ridiculous but for me it was filled with late 50's locales in Hollywood minimally disguised as small town USA. Enjoyable.
