A portrait of Witold Rowicki, an eminent conductor who died in 1989, illustrated with Franciszek Fuchs’ photographs. The camera captures his work during rehearsals for the first performance of The Threnody to the Victims of Hiroshima composed by Krzysztof Penderecki.
