In an attempt at greater efficiency, the head chef of the Bull Pup, a fancy oceanside restaurant, and his assistant wreak havoc in the establishment as they juggle their responsibilities. Adding to the complications is the arrival of a robber who comes in and begins ruining everyone’s good time.
