Our take
Don’t let the title mislead you: The Desert is an audacious reimagination of Jaws that also takes place at sea. Blending action and romance, this thrill ride of wild car chases and poetic fight scenes epitomizes the unique cinematic universe Çetin İnanç crafted with Cüneyt Arkın in the rip-off era.
