What are people saying?

  • Rosina Rossini's rating of the film The Embezzler

A really enjoyable film, with the protagonist being a middle aged, ordinary sort of citizen, who realizes he hasn't lived enough almost too late. That's what sets this film apart from "Last Holiday". The lead is permitted to be an ordinary, middle aged person. He doesn't need to have the immense charm of Alec Guinness, he can just be permitted to be an everyday character and is still intriguing!
