Sarah, an Israeli café owner living in West Jerusalem, and Saleem, her Palestinian bread vendor and deliveryman who lives in East Jerusalem, have a clandestine affair. Just being seen together in public arouses suspicion, and a risky late-night tryst brings them to police attention.
