Out of jail after serving 12 years for murder, ex-assassin Don (Louis Koo) is asked to kill a presidential frontrunner by his buddies Max (Julian Cheung) and Chan Hung (Simon Yam). When Don refuses the job, they made him the obvious suspect after the candidate is assassinated.
