  • SpacePirate's rating of the film Trade Winds

Not a particularly memorable film, but a fun one to watch to pass the time. I love Southern in most roles, here is no different. She brings a lot to her characters. One of the more underappreciated actresses of her day. March is a bit wooden, but he kind of always is. Design For Living remains his high point in my eyes. Overall, a pretty good story with good points, but falls short of classic status. 3.5 stars
