Long time prisoneer Chuck accidentally meets Jacques, the loudmouth inmate who likes to call himself Johnny Chicago. They fight, then become friends and together they dream of America. Neither Jenny, Johnny’s girlfriend, nor their lawyer are able to stop these two troublemakers.
