Uh . . . I wanted to like this. I like quirky, whimsical, non-sequitir humour, or at least I thought I did, but I didn't really like this. It topples over into mind numbing silliness fairly quickly. The humour and outlandishness weren't the problem, but there was no sense of reality underpinning the wackiness to make us really care about anything that was happening. Lesson I've learned: Be wacky but still be real.
