Cooper takes his teenage daughter, Riley, to see her favorite singer, Lady Raven, perform live, where he notices an unusual amount of police officers surrounding the venue. He soon learns that the entire show is being used as a “trap” to catch the notorious murderer known as “The Butcher”.
