bartkl's rating of the film Unforgivable Blackness: The Rise and Fall of Jack Johnson

Not often do documentaries impress me like this one did: it's absolutely perfect. Jack Johnson's life is one of the most interesting ones I've ever seen, and how it ties in with the racial issues -which in itself is an interesting history lesson- in the early 1900s USA is simply breathtaking. One of the most unique, real heroic stories ever told, including suffering, humor and politics. What else could one want?
