Contemplative Cinema - slow's additions

Contemplative cinema which employs the use of atmosphere, mood, slow pacing, feel, sound, minimalism, and an emphasis on imagery, as opposed to dialogue.

I’ve been a long time fan of Harry Tuttle’s blog which is titled Unspoken Cinema, and I’ve created a list with all films classified by Unspoken Cinema. I won’t recycle films which are listed in either resource, and will try to add contemplative films which I’ve seen and enjoyed. Films are added periodically, and kept in chronological order to make it easier to spot new additions.
