Francis Ford Coppola has said of Kurosawa “One thing that distinguishes him is that he didn’t make one masterpiece or two masterpieces. He made, you know, eight masterpieces.”

My take on one of the greatest of directors, listing the fifteen films I have seen. I noticed my ranking is slightly different from some of the others I’ve come across. I’ll edit this list with my reasons why, sometime soon.
