Needles at the Bottom of the Haystack: Recommendations/Reviews of films with <3000 IMDB votes (with pictures!)

This is a list of reviews/recommendations of films that I think more people ought to see. These are only movies with less than 3000 votes at the time of induction; I could have gone higher, but the list would have been way too long. And nobody likes long lists which are only made by one person. The reviews are in order of writing.
